This also includes files provided via the host such as images, fonts, and videos.

External hosting is carried out in the interest of a secure, fast, and efficient provision of our online offer by a professional provider (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). If a corresponding consent has been requested, the processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR and § 25 para. 1 TDDDG, insofar as the consent includes the storage of cookies or access to information on the user's terminal device within the meaning of the TDDDG. Further information can be found in the host's privacy policy at https://www.framer.com/legal/privacy-statement/.

Data Processing Agreement

We have concluded a data processing agreement (DPA) with the provider named above. This is a contract required by data protection law, which ensures that it processes the personal data of our website visitors only in accordance with our instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.

3. General Notes and Mandatory Information

The operators of these pages take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy.

When you use this website, various personal data are collected. Personal data is data with which you can be personally identified. This privacy policy explains what data we collect and what we use it for. It also explains how and for what purpose this happens.

We would like to point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. when communicating by email) can have security gaps. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

The responsible body for data processing on this website is:

Greppmayr GmbH
Hainbuchenring 4

Phone: 08975969690
Email: info@greppmayr.de

The responsible body is the natural or legal person who, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data (e.g. names, email addresses, etc.).

Storage Period

Unless a more specific storage period has been stated within this privacy policy, your personal data will remain with us until the purpose for data processing ceases to apply. If you assert a legitimate request for deletion or revoke your consent to data processing, your data will be deleted unless we have other legally permissible reasons for storing your personal data (e.g. tax or commercial retention periods); in the latter case, the deletion will take place after these reasons cease to apply.

General Information on the Legal Bases for Data Processing on this Website

If you have consented to data processing, we process your personal data on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR or Art. 9 para. 2 lit. a GDPR, provided that special categories of data pursuant to Art. 9 para. 1 GDPR are processed. In the case of express consent to the transfer of personal data to third countries, data processing is also based on Art. 49 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. Notice Regarding Data Transfer to the USA and Other Third Countries

Among other things, we use tools from companies based in the USA or other third countries that are not secure under data protection law. If these tools are active, your personal data may be transferred to these third countries and processed there. We point out that a level of data protection comparable to that of the EU cannot be guaranteed in these countries. For example, US companies are obligated to disclose personal data to security authorities without you, as the data subject, being able to take legal action against this. It can therefore not be ruled out that US authorities (e.g. secret services) process, evaluate, and permanently store your data located on US servers for surveillance purposes. We have no influence over these processing activities.

Revocation of Your Consent to Data Processing

Many data processing operations are only possible with your express consent. You can revoke consent you have already given at any time. The lawfulness of the data processing carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

Right to Object to Data Collection in Special Cases and to Direct Marketing (Art. 21 GDPR)

If data processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. e or f GDPR, you have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of your personal data; this also applies to profiling based on these provisions. The respective legal basis on which processing is based can be found in this privacy policy. If you object, we will no longer process your affected personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or the processing serves to assert, exercise, or defend legal claims (objection pursuant to Art. 21 para. 1 GDPR).

If your personal data is processed for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you for the purpose of such marketing; this also applies to profiling to the extent that it is related to such direct marketing. If you object, your personal data will subsequently no longer be used for direct marketing purposes (objection pursuant to Art. 21 para. 2 GDPR).

Right to Lodge a Complaint with the Competent Supervisory Authority

In the event of violations of the GDPR, data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the member state of their habitual residence, their place of work, or the place of the alleged violation. The right to lodge a complaint exists without prejudice to other administrative or judicial remedies.

Right to Data Portability

You have the right to have data that we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in fulfillment of a contract handed over to you or to a third party in a standard, machine-readable format. If you request the direct transfer of the data to another controller, this will only be done to the extent technically feasible.

Information, Deletion, and Correction

Within the framework of the applicable statutory provisions, you have the right to free information at any time about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients, and the purpose of the data processing and, if applicable, a right to correction or deletion of this data. You can contact us at any time regarding this and other questions on the subject of personal data.

Right to Restriction of Processing

You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data. You can contact us at any time for this purpose. The right to restriction of processing exists in the following cases: If you dispute the accuracy of your personal data stored with us, we usually need time to verify this. For the duration of the audit, you have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data. If the processing of your personal data happened/happens unlawfully, you can request the restriction of data processing instead of deletion. If we no longer need your personal data, but you need it to exercise, defend, or assert legal claims, you have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data instead of deletion. If you have lodged an objection pursuant to Art. 21 para. 1 GDPR, a balance must be struck between your interests and ours. As long as it has not been determined whose interests prevail, you have the right to demand the restriction of the processing of your personal data.

If you have restricted the processing of your personal data, this data—apart from its storage—may only be processed with your consent or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims or for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person or for reasons of important public interest of the European Union or a Member State.

SSL or TLS Encryption

This site uses SSL or TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or requests that you send to us as the site operator. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser line.

If SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

Objection to Promotional Emails

The use of contact data published within the scope of the legal notice obligation for sending unsolicited advertising and information materials is hereby prohibited. The operators of the pages expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of unsolicited sending of promotional information, such as spam emails.

4. Data Collection on this Website

Cookies

Our website uses so-called "cookies". Cookies are small data packages and do not cause any damage to your terminal device. They are stored on your device either temporarily for the duration of a session (session cookies) or permanently (permanent cookies). Session cookies are automatically deleted at the end of your visit. Permanent cookies remain stored on your terminal device until you delete them yourself or an automatic deletion is performed by your web browser.

In some cases, third-party cookies may also be stored on your device when you enter our site (third-party cookies). These enable us or you to use certain services of the third-party company (e.g. cookies for processing payment services).

Cookies have various functions. Many cookies are technically necessary, as certain website functions would not work without them (e.g. the shopping cart function or the display of videos). Other cookies are used to evaluate user behavior or display advertising.

Cookies that are required to carry out the electronic communication process, to provide certain functions you have requested (e.g. for the shopping cart function), or to optimize the website (e.g. cookies for measuring the web audience) (necessary cookies) are stored on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR, unless another legal basis is specified. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the storage of necessary cookies for the technically error-free and optimized provision of its services. If consent to the storage of cookies and comparable recognition technologies has been requested, processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of this consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR and § 25 para. 1 TDDDG); the consent can be revoked at any time.

You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and only allow cookies in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general, and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. When disabling cookies, the functionality of this website may be limited.

Insofar as cookies are used by third-party companies or for analysis purposes, we will inform you separately within the framework of this privacy policy and, if necessary, request your consent.

Cookie Banner (Consent Management)

This website uses a cookie banner to obtain and document your consent to certain technologies. You can decide by categories (Necessary, Preferences, Analytics, Marketing). Without your consent, no analytics and marketing services will be loaded and corresponding cookies will not be set.

Your selection is saved exclusively in your browser (Local Storage, entry "framerCookiesConsentMode") so that it can be taken into account on subsequent visits. It will not be transmitted to us or third parties. You can change or revoke your selection at any time using the "Open Cookie Settings" icon at the bottom of the page.

The legal basis for storing your selection is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR (proof of consent) in conjunction with § 25 para. 2 no. 2 TDDDG.

Accessibility Feature Settings

If you use the accessibility features offered on this website, your settings will be saved in your browser (Local Storage, entry "ally-toolbar-features-v2"). The data remains on your terminal device. The storage is necessary in order to provide the function you requested (§ 25 para. 2 no. 2 TDDDG).

Server Log Files

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are: browser type and browser version, operating system used, referrer URL, host name of the accessing computer, time of the server request, IP address.

A combination of this data with other data sources is not carried out.

The collection of this data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimization of its website – for this purpose, the server log files must be recorded.

Contact Forms and Forms for Specialist Retail Partners

When you use one of our forms (for example contact, revocation, or inquiry as a specialist retail partner), we process the data you enter (for example name, company, address, email address, telephone number, your message, and, if applicable, information to prove your business activity) to process your inquiry. The entries are received via the host (Framer B.V.) and forwarded to us.

The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, insofar as your request is related to a contract or pre-contractual measures, otherwise our legitimate interest in processing the requests (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). The data remains with us until you ask us to delete it or the purpose ceases to apply; statutory retention periods remain unaffected.

File Upload (Uploadcare)

In the form for specialist retail partners, you must upload proof of your commercial activity. The file will only be transferred once you agree to the storage (box next to the upload field) and select a file. It is stored with the service provider Uploadcare (Uploadcare Inc., USA). In doing so, the file and your IP address are transmitted to Uploadcare; processing can also take place outside the EU. The file can only be accessed via a long, non-guessable link that we receive with your request.

The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR, in the case of transfer to a country outside the EU Art. 49 para. 1 lit. a GDPR), which you can revoke at any time, as well as the implementation of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR). We delete the file as soon as your inquiry has been processed, at the latest after the expiry of the statutory retention periods. With "Remove", you take the file out of your request; upon request, we will also delete it at Uploadcare, a message to the contact option mentioned above is sufficient.

Advertising by Mail

We reserve the right to use your first and last name and your postal address for our own advertising purposes, for example to send offers and information about our products by post. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in advertising to our customers (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). You can object to the storage and use of your data for these purposes at any time by sending a message to the contact option mentioned above.

Inquiry by Email, Telephone, or Fax

If you contact us by email, phone, or fax, your inquiry including all resulting personal data (name, inquiry) will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of handling your request. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

The processing of this data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, provided that your request is related to the performance of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective handling of the inquiries addressed to us (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR) if this has been requested; consent can be revoked at any time.

The data you send to us via contact requests will remain with us until you ask us to delete it, revoke your consent to storage, or the purpose for data storage ceases to apply (e.g. after your request has been processed). Mandatory statutory provisions – in particular statutory retention periods – remain unaffected.

Technical Usage Data by the Host

When accessing this website, your browser transmits technical requests to servers of the host (including events.framer.com) in order to deliver the website, ensure its stability, and evaluate usage. In doing so, IP address, browser type, page viewed, and time can be processed. No cookies are stored on your terminal device. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in the secure and error-free operation of the website.

Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (Only with Consent)

If you consent to the "Analytics" or "Marketing" category, we load Google Tag Manager. The provider is Google Ireland Limited ("Google"), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Prior to your consent, Tag Manager is not loaded and no data is transmitted to Google.

Via Tag Manager, we use Google Analytics 4 to analyze the use of our website. Cookies are stored (_ga and _ga_*) and data such as visited pages, dwell time, device, browser, and approximate region are processed. According to Google, IP addresses are not logged in Google Analytics 4. The data may also be processed in the USA; the transfer is based on the adequacy decision of the EU Commission regarding the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR and § 25 para. 1 TDDDG). You can revoke it at any time via the "Open Cookie Settings" icon. You can delete cookies that have already been set in your browser. Further information: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en.

Meta Pixel (Only with Consent to "Marketing")

If you consent to the "Marketing" category, we load the Meta Pixel. The provider is Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland ("Meta"). Prior to your consent, the pixel is not loaded, and no data is transferred to Meta.

The pixel records your visit to our website (for example, visited page, time, browser and device information, IP address) and stores a cookie (_fbp). We use the data to measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram and to build target audiences. The data may be transmitted to Meta Platforms, Inc. in the USA; this is based on the adequacy decision of the EU Commission regarding the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

We are jointly responsible with Meta for the collection of data and its transmission to Meta (Art. 26 GDPR); further processing by Meta is their responsibility. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR and § 25 para. 1 TDDDG). You can revoke it at any time via the "Open Cookie Settings" icon. Further information: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy.

5. Plugins and Tools

YouTube with Enhanced Privacy

This website embeds videos from YouTube in some places (for example on product pages and the "About Us" page). The operator is Google Ireland Limited ("Google"), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. We use the enhanced privacy mode (youtube-nocookie.com).

The videos are only loaded when you click on "Load and play video". Until then, no connection to YouTube is established. By clicking, you consent to the loading of the video and the associated data transfer (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR, § 25 para. 1 TDDDG). Consent is only valid for the current page view; when reloading the page, you will be asked again.

After clicking, a connection to the YouTube servers is established. In doing so, YouTube is informed which of our pages you have visited; in addition, your IP address and device information may be transmitted. YouTube may use cookies or comparable recognition technologies after starting a video. The data may be transferred to the USA; this is based on the adequacy decision regarding the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Further information can be found in Google's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en.

Schedule / Event Calendar (Google Sheets)

On the "Dates" page, we display trade fairs and events. The appointment data is located in a spreadsheet at Google (Google Sheets, docs.google.com). It is only retrieved if you allow the "Preferences" category in the cookie banner or click on "Load dates" on the page. Until then, no connection to Google is established. Upon retrieval, your IP address is transmitted to Google. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland; the data may also be processed in the USA (EU-US Data Privacy Framework). The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR, § 25 para. 1 TDDDG). Consent by clicking is only valid for the current page view. This retrieval does not take place on other pages.

Fonts

The fonts used on this website are delivered from the host's servers. No connection to Google Fonts or other font services takes place.

Social Media Presences

We maintain online presences on Facebook and Instagram (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited) and YouTube (Google Ireland Limited). When you visit these, the providers collect data about your usage, which is generally also processed in the USA. For fan pages, there is joint responsibility with Meta (Art. 26 GDPR). Details, your rights, and setting options can be found in the privacy notices of the providers. From our website, we only link to these pages (see below); content is not embedded.

Links to External Sites

This website contains links to external offerings, for example to Instagram, YouTube, and Google Maps. No content from these providers is embedded, not even a map. Only when you click on a link does the destination page open in a new tab, and a connection to the respective provider is established. Their privacy policy applies there.

1. Data Protection at a Glance

General Information

The following notes provide a simple overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit this website. Personal data is any data that can be used to identify you personally. For detailed information on the subject of data protection, please refer to our privacy policy listed below this text.

Data Collection on this Website

Who is responsible for data collection on this website?

Data processing on this website is carried out by the website operator. You can find their contact details in the section "Information on the Responsible Body" in this privacy policy.

How do we collect your data?

On the one hand, your data is collected when you communicate it to us. This may, for example, involve data that you enter into a contact form.

Other data is collected automatically or after your consent when you visit the website by our IT systems. These are primarily technical data (e.g. internet browser, operating system, or time of the page view). This data is collected automatically as soon as you access this website.

What do we use your data for?

A part of the data is collected to ensure the error-free provision of the website. Other data can be used to analyze your user behavior.

What rights do you have regarding your data?

You have the right at any time to receive information free of charge about the origin, recipient, and purpose of your stored personal data. You also have the right to request the correction or deletion of this data. If you have given consent to data processing, you can revoke this consent at any time for the future. You also have the right, under certain circumstances, to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data. Furthermore, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

You can contact us at any time regarding this and other questions on the subject of data protection.

2. Hosting

We host the content of our website with the following provider:

External Hosting

This website is hosted externally. The personal data collected on this website is stored on the host's servers. This may primarily include IP addresses, contact requests, metadata and communication data, names, website visits, and other data generated via a website.

Consent can be revoked at any time.

Our host will only process your data to the extent necessary to fulfill its performance obligations and will follow our instructions regarding this data.

We use the following host:

Framer B.V.
Rietlandpark 301
1019 DW Amsterdam
Netherlands

The host uses its own service providers to operate its platform, including outside the EU, for example in the USA. Insofar as personal data is transferred to third countries, this is based on standard contractual clauses approved by the EU Commission or an adequacy decision of the EU Commission.
